Dirty's is fresh fast food. It's what we think should be the bare minimum in fast food. Maybe not healthy, but made from scratch, with fresh ingredients and prepared only when it's ordered. So that when you have a craving, you're not also worried about all those words that are hard to pronounce.
Dirty's began as a home kitchen in the beginning of 2025 and by the end of the year we were operating out of a food trailer, making sandwiches we love from scratch and made to order. We believe food can be fast and still fresh.
We're known for our Corn Ribs and our Oklahoma style smash burger with Dirty's White BBQ sauce that hits the spot. We also like sharing some of our favorite dishes, like Pan con Tomate or Loco Moco.

Bahn You? Bahn Mi!
A juicy 24 hour marinated sirloin steak, fresh veggies, sweet, pickled carrot and daikon, cucumber, jalapeño and cilantro on a crisp and airy baguette with fluffy mayo. A Vietnamese-French Sandwich that's sweet, savory, tangy, soft and crunchy.
Bahn Mi Loaded Fries
All the flavor of our Bahn Mi sandwich on fries. 24-hour marinated steak, lime mayo, sweet, pickled carrot and daikon, fresh jalapeno, cucumber, and cilantro on top of house-seasoned French fries.
Dirty Smash Burger
Two Oklahoma-style Smash patties (that means with super thinly sliced onion smashed into the patty), melted cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, toasted bun and topped with Dirty’s White BBQ Sauce.

A bed of our house seasoned fries topped with Dirty's White BBQ sauce, two Oklahoma-style Smash patties (that means with super thinly sliced onion smashed into the patty), melted cheddar cheese, and shredded lettuce.
Dirty Cheese steak
Thick, flavorful pieces of 24-hour marinated steak, toasted Kaiser roll, Chipotle/Garlic Mayo, melted cheddar cheese, grilled bell peppers and onions.

Two Falafel patties, smashed until crispy, garlicky vegan Toum sauce on a toasted bun with tomato, cucumber, lettuce and onion.

Corn Ribs
A fried ear of corn, tossed with sweet and spicy seasoning and a lil' lime. Served with spicy and tangy Aji Verde sauce.
Fried Potatoes
You've seen em' in a thousand different restaurants but you've never tasted them like this. What the "this" in the last sentence is referring to is our house made spice mix in which our fried potatoes are tossed.
