Dirty's makes food from scratch, when it's ordered, doesn't matter the kitchen. We started as a Home Kitchen and now we're a mobile food trailer.

Bahn You? Bahn Mi!
A juicy 24 hour marinated sirloin steak. Fresh veggies; sweet, pickled carrot and daikon, cucumber, jalapeño and cilantro. A crisp and airy baguette with fluffy mayo. A Vietnamese-French Sandwich that's sweet, savory, tangy, soft and crunchy.
Bahn Mi Loaded Fries
All the flavor of our Bahn Mi sandwich on fries. 24-hour marinated steak, lime mayo, sweet, pickled carrot and daikon, fresh jalapeno, cucumber, and cilantro on top of house-seasoned French fries.
Corn Ribs
Currently not in season. A fried ear of corn, tossed with sweet and spicy seasoning and a lil' lime. Served with an Aji Verde sauce.
Dirty Birdy
A fried chicken sandwich. Crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle; brushed with the heat and sweet of Gochujang and honey; tangy dill pickles, nutty sesame seeds, creamy mayo on a toasted bun.
Dirty Birdy Loaded Fries
The flavor of our Dirty Birdy sandwich on fries. House-seasoned fries topped with fried chicken, pickles, sesame seeds and a gochujang-honey mayo.
Shroom n' Swiss
Beefy Portobello mushrooms sautéed with onion, ginger, garlic and sage; nutty, tangy melted Swiss cheese all caught on toasted, earthy Rye bread. No animals were killed in the making of this sandwich, but we'd still call it meaty.
Shroom n' Swiss Loaded Fries
All of the flavor of our mushroom and Swiss cheese sandwich on house-seasoned french fries. Melted Swiss cheese, flavorful meaty mushrooms, toasted Caraway seeds and sweet, smokey french fries.
Dirty Smash Burger
Two Oklahoma-style Smash patties (that means with super thinly sliced onion smashed into the patty), melted American cheese, shredded lettuce, toasted bun and topped with Dirty’s take on Alabama White BBQ Sauce.
Boda Sucia
You've seen em' in a thousand different restaurants but you've never tasted them like this. What the "this" in the last sentence is referring to is our house made spice mix in which our fried potatoes are tossed.
Zesty Choco Chip Cookie
A chocolate chip cookie harboring a little orange zest, topped with sea salt. Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside.
